The law does not care about trifles.

    Not a lawyer, but perhaps my experience this morning can provide you with some quiet consolation, knowing that I can sympathize with your situation in a minimal way... Under cross, f-bomb almost came out of the mouth against me by a lawyer quite frustrated with my testimony.

    Perhaps the statements you posted are not applicable exclusively to the state of Idaho?
